Our Story
In his senior year of college, Jose made a bold decision—to transfer to a brand-new school and play one last season of college tennis. What he didn’t know was that this choice would change his life forever.
On the very first days with his new team, he noticed a girl on the women’s team—Hannah. From the start, there was something special about her, and it wasn’t long before the two were inseparable. What began as teammates quickly grew into a love story.
After graduation, life took them to Dallas, where Jose began his career and Hannah worked to finish school early and join him. While in Texas, their little family grew when they welcomed a Pomsky puppy, Aspen, who has been by their side ever since.
Eventually, their hearts pulled them back to Rhode Island—the place where it all began. And it’s here, surrounded by family, friends, and memories of their first chapter, that they now begin their greatest adventure yet—happily engaged and counting down the days until October 17, 2026.
