Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones - we really do! However, due to many factors including limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of immediate family! We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

We will serve a limited number of signature cocktails, wine and beer. It is encouraged to BYOB if you plan on partaking after our bar is depleted! We hope to keep the party going with everyone, so come prepared!

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is a Boho outdoor/indoor wedding which permits fairly casual attire. A summer sundress, dress pants, khaki pants with a collared shirt, or wedges/dressy sandals are all acceptable. With that being said, jeans, shorts, and tank tops are probably not appropriate for the night. We want everyone to not only look good but feel comfortable for the night!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed, please RSVP "will NOT attend" if you already RSVP'D attending, but find that you will not make it please notify Hannah (816)844-0702 or Jordan Hurt (660)868-1571.

Do you have room block?

Answer

Yes, we have blocked off rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Kansas City Airport for our guests to stay at for the time their here. Please book your room before 5pm on September 15th. Rooms not booked by then will be released! Check in time is 3:pm- Check-out time is 11:00 am The phone number to book these rooms is (816) 321-1900. Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

There will be complimentary shuttle service to and from the wedding venue if there is a minimum 10 rooms reserved the night of the wedding. The shuttle service consists of one to two shuttles that holds up to 11 passengers with specific times arranged in advance to meet all guest needs based on wedding start and end times and number of rooms reserved. If it falls below that minimum, the cost of one drop off and one pickup in one of our 11 person shuttle van will be $100.00.
