When should I RSVP by?

Will the event be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the Delaware River. The reception will be held inside the ballroom.

Will I be required to wear a mask?

Answer

As of June 16th, masks are not required for any vaccinated person on the Shawnee Inn property.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask to wear cocktail attire (think cocktail dress or suit and tie).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot right outside Shawnee Inn. A quick walk to the ceremony site.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We reserved a block of rooms at Shawnee Inn. Call 570-424-4000 and ask for the Zalsos/ Weiss wedding. You are not limited to Shawnee Inn, there are also many hotel options in the Stroudsburg/ Poconos area.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 4:00 PM

Will I need to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test?

Answer

No, based on the venue guidelines you do not need to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. We ask if you don't feel well, please stay home.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a limited guest list for large gatherings so only those invited may attend.
