Venue Address: 1316 Singerly Road, Elkton, Maryland MD 21921 It is situated in Elkton, MD, which is in the northeastern corner of Maryland, near the Delaware border. So many of our friends and family are coming from the DMV, Philly, NY areas, so we are happy that Rosewood Farms is a central location.
There is plenty of onsite parking at Rosewood (including handicap parking as well). Rosewood encourages safety first! If you need to leave your car overnight, it may be left in their parking lot until 9am the following morning.
Cocktail Attire (Semi-Formal)
We absolutely adore your little ones — we really do! But for one night only, we’re keeping our celebration 21+ and adults-only. We kindly ask that no children attend. Think of it as your official excuse for a well-deserved night off — cocktails flowing, dance floor open, and zero bedtime routines. We promise to make it worth the babysitter!

We are also working on a second room block at the Hyatt Place Newark / Main Street, so stay tuned for that if that is your hotel of choice. If University of Delaware Parent's weekend falls on a different weekend, the nightly rate will change to $169.00 + tax per suite per night (instead of $289). All reservations that were already booked in your block will be manually adjusted to the new reduced rate at that time.
For guests who decide to use our room block at the Springhill Suites Newark Downtown, we will be providing transportation between the hotel and the venue (for before the ceremony and after the reception). Exact locations and times will be listed on our website as we get closer.
