We met in Seminary at a friend outing to Boyd's Apple orchard. From that day, we became friends and maintained our friendship throughout school. After he graduated, we began talking more long distantly and each time that John came to Wilmore, we would go out for dinner and coffee. John said that he knew that he wanted to date Hannah, when at a pizza play, she confidently placed both of their orders to the waiter. When John finally asked Hannah out, she wanted to take her time (mostly because of the health of her mother). We dated through the summer of 2022 (going to Jungle Jim's, King's Island, Newport Aquarium) and became exclusive together the beginning of that fall. Since then we have grown together and have been together through painful times and also through life changes. We are excited to get married and share this memory with all of you! (Bittersweet moment: Before my (Hannah's) mother passed away, John and I were hanging out in the living room of the Fort Thomas house. My mom kissed me goodnight on the check to head to bed. She left the room but turned around and with purpose moved back towards us. She then gave John a goodnight kiss on the cheek as well. She loved John, and I know that she would have been excited for our marriage and would have wanted to be part of this celebration)
