Who would have thought two college kids who passed each other in the halls freshman year would have fallen in love right before graduation... Here is a little timeline of our love story! 1/27/2023 After talking via snapchat (I know, cringe) which eventually led to texting all winter break. Jesse and Hannah FINALLY met up at a college bar. Shout out to Jimmy T's! 1/31/2023 Hannah and Jesse had their first official date. They went to go see Avatar 2- Way of the Water. Even this being a first date, Hannah didn't shy away from crying multiple times during the film. The Avatar movies have a special place in their hearts. Hannah and Jesse will always be watching the next films in the theaters. They look forward to the days they can watch these movies on a rainy day with their future children. 2/9/2023 The day Hannah and Jesse became a couple! Jesse was over hanging with Hannah and her roommates. Hannah went into her room to grab something and Jesse ended up following her. She turned around and he said "will you be my girlfriend?". Can you guess what Hannah said? Yes! 5/20/2023 The day Hannah and Jesse began long distance. No longer would we be living in their college houses just down the street from one another. Tears were shed by both. They always knew they would be doing long distance after graduating college. Throughout their lives, they have heard others say how difficult long distance is and how it doesn't work. They both are here to say it does. When you truly love someone and want to spend the rest of your life with them, long distance will work. There will be hard days, tears, days you want nothing more than to just give them a hug. Communication is key. Time and effort has to be put in by both individuals. This was a new experience for them and was scary. It was a long two years. However, long distance has made them the couple they are today, and they could not be more thankful. 5/31/2025 Hannah became a Long Island girl! Two years of long distance completed. Hannah graduated graduate school and got her first job in Long Island. Done were the bi-weekly train rides and constant face times. Hello to the "Goodnights" every night, dinner together daily. The start of the rest of their life, in one home, together. 12/18/2025 The day Jesse bought Hannah's ring!! Hannah had NO idea. 2/1/2026 The official start of forever. A day they both always knew would be coming. The most magical day. Jesse has been sitting on the ring for some time waiting for the most perfect moment. It was a Sunday evening on the coldest day of the year. Hannah thought her and Jesse were meeting up with some friends to go on a double date. On the way to the restaurant the friends they were supposed to meet, called because they had a "flat tire". To kill some time, Jesse suggested going to a park nearby that his family use to take their old furry friend. Shortly into their walk, Jesse stopped walking. Jesse gave the most beautiful speech that Hannah will never forget and asked her to marry him. There was never any answer other then "YES!". 3/20/2027 The day we day "I do!". We am so thankful to be able to have you all there to celebrate our love. We can't wait!!
