We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for Sunday, May 25th at a reduced rate. Click "View" below for our direct link to access our room block rates. Please book before April 24th, 2025. After that date, rooms in the block will be released and rates will be the standard rates available at the hotel. Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury is a 10 minute drive from the venue.

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for Sunday, May 25th at a reduced rate. Click "View" below to access our direct link. The block dates do not automatically populate so you will need to select your stay date of Sunday, May 25th - Monday, May 26th. The "Rate Preference" will show Group Rate with Group Code of GNW. Once you click View Prices, you will land on our block page. Reservations may also be made by calling the hotel directly at 845-357-4800 and requesting the Group Code GNW. Please book on or before May 5, 2025. After that date, rooms in the block will be released and rates will be the standard rates available at the hotel. Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah is a 25 minute drive from the venue.
