FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything.

Question

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be OUTSIDE. Please dress accordingly. The ceremony itself will only take about 15-20 minutes.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please no jeans or denim.

Question

How can I RSVP?

Answer

You will RSVP using this very website. You can do so from our “Home” page or by going onto the “RSVP” tab.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by October 3rd. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date at the latest, you will be automatically marked as “not attending.”

Question

Are there any colors to avoid?

Answer

We ask you to please avoid white/shades of white. Our wedding party will be in eucalyptus, so we also ask you to please stray away from that color.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures that we will later share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one/guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

Although we love all your children, this is an ADULT ONLY event. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Question

Are there motel rooms?

Answer

Barn House Village has a total of 12 on-site motel rooms, each room has 2 queen beds. You can call anytime to make arrangements. Please reach out to Hannah with our code if interested.
