Wedding Party

People come into our lives through many ways, by many paths. We are so incredibly grateful that all of ours have merged so harmoniously, and we are so proud to have you all standing next to us as this new adventure of ours begins.

Jay Nemeth (Reyes)

Officiant

Dear Jay, You are one of the most creative, multi-talented little woodland fairies I have ever met. I am so excited to share this day with you, and to be standing next to you at yours in return. Your friendship has done more for my well being than the millions of doctors visits and therapy sessions I've endured. You are constantly inspiring me to seek the best version of myself but not to shy away from my darkness. For that I am grateful. I am truly honored that you enthusiastically agreed to officiate our intimate wedding ceremony, and to have been a trusted co-planner of all events. [exit; pursued by a bear]

Amanda Deacon

Maid of Honor

To my best friend, The moon to my sun, the other scale providing balance, the voice of reason, or the voice that echoes mine making petty remarks at those who have wronged us (haha). Your grounded nature has comforted me through so many dark times i can hardly recall the details of them all now. But more than being supportive, you have taught me how to live and breathe through all of these ups and downs. You're my best friend, not only because not a single topic is off limits for us, but because you alone shattered the walls of my hardened heart. I owe everything I have to you. Without the space created for our friendship, there would be no light in my heart, no room for my love for all of my relationships to grow. I'm out of characters now, so I close by saying simply Thank You.

Malina Funes

Bridesmaid

Dear Sister and future broadway star, You've always been my biggest cheerleader, and that means more to me than you'll ever know. You're talented enough to go all the way. And I'll be here through the whole thing, no matter what. Go get your Tony. You "had it coming", I can't wait to see what is to come.

Tina Kerr

Bridesmaid

Aunt Tina! I've looked up to a lot of people in my life, and had my heart broken over it more times than not. But sincerely, you're a force to be reckoned with. I admire how somehow you've managed to run your own business, travel the world, contribute to saving the world, be there for your family, manage a healthy lifestyle, be vegan for the animals, send birthday cards every year, go to music festivals 3 times a year with your favorite niece (that's me, by the way), and still you look great doing it. I hope that when I come to the end of my life my resume as a human is as full as yours. I love that you stand up for what you believe in and never waver from who you are. Thanks for kicking my ass when I'd get out of line as a teenager, and scaring me back to the path of good health and good mind. Thanks for teaching me that there is a right way and a wrong way to show tough love. I have so much more I want to say, but I'll cry. I love you so, so, so, much and am so grateful you agreed to be a part of this.

Shauna Harmon

Bridesmaid

SHAUNA I'm glad that a weird situation turned into such an awesome friendship. You blow my mind every day because of the things you're willing to do for your friends and family. We've lived over 1000 miles apart for the 10 years we've been friends, and I am SO looking forward to living a half hour away. You're right, this is just the beginning of our friendship, and I'm stoked for it. I know the adventures and shenanigans we'll get into will shortly outweigh all the time we've spent apart.

Kahla Storey

Bridesmaid

Kahla, Kahla, Kahla 25 years of friendship and counting! Everyone knows that my life has been a lot of moving, ups and downs, and losses. But our friendship Still stands through all of it. I take great pride in having not screwed it up yet 😂. I'm glad to be moving close to you again, and looking forward to trail rides, bon fires, and hiking trips. I hope I can return the honor of your friendship even in some small way.

Kathleen Lassiter

Mother of the Bride

Hey mom, Thanks for not murdering me as a teenager and holding out long enough for us to become friends once I grew up. Thank you for not holding my teen years against me. Thank you for planning this wedding, for keeping my sister involved in her theater groups, for putting me in 4h so I could be around horses, for threatening my principal for not letting me have sugar tabs or glucose monitors in the classroom, for all the adventures and cool vacations, for luna pier, and then for leaving luna pier, and then for silently letting me screw up so I could learn for myself. Thanks, thanks, and ever thanks. I love you.

Michael Kendrick

Father of the Bride

Hey Dad, Thanks for teaching me to see the truth behind peoples words and actions. Thank you for art and fitness, balance, and dance lessons. Thanks for teaching me to look at myself before placing blame on others in my life. Thank you for my sisters, and hard life lessons. Thank you for tough love and endless jokes. Thanks for teaching me the art of how to properly use a sarcastic heavy sigh to get my way (😂). Thank you for encouraging me to study all things in life before forming an opinion. And thanks for sharing mutual weirdness with me.

Rosalind Martin

Mother of the Groom

Peter Martin

Father of the Groom

Liam Martin

Best Man

Eldest brother of the groom. Jamie calls him the other side of the coin. They're complete opposites, and in that way, balance each other.

Iwan Martin

Groomsman

Youngest brother of the groom. Smarter than Jamie.

Russ Miles

Groomsman

Russ and Jamie went through college together more than ten years ago. Jamie used him for his music. And despite being best friends, continues to use him for his music.

Jeff Offak

Groomsman

Jamie's friend, and even greater adversary (on the mat). Jamie only dreams of being able to heel hook like the "giant killer".

Jason Williard

Groomsman

If it weren't for Jason, our jiu-jitsu coach, we'd never have even met. This bond is made possible by his love for teaching. He is a great great coach, and an even greater friend.

Chris Sanders

Groomsman

He started jiu-jitsu at the same school as Hannah and Jamie. And time and again proves himself to be a great friend. Always making us laugh.
