We know many of our guests are coming from out of town for our special day (thank you!), so here are a few recommendations for your trip to San Diego. In general, the La Jolla or Bird Rock areas are the most central to our various events. Parking is a little tricky in the Bird Rock area where most events are taking place, but Uber/Lyft is widely available as well if you stay outside of this area.
For flights in, the San Diego International Airport (SAN) is your best option. While rideshares are easy to get and there is some limited public transport, we recommend a car rental (many options at the airport) to get around and give you the most flexibility to explore San Diego!

This is our top recommendation for guests coming out of town, it's walking distance to the Welcome Party and the Ceremony site! They don't do room blocks, but lots of affordable options available and looks like a decent stay. Our 'unoffical' wedding hotel.
