What is the temperature like?

Check the temperature for Solitude UT or Brighton UT. Average temperatures in late September are a high of 62 and low of 37 degrees. Remember, we'll be in the mountains - it can get quite chilly at night and in the morning! We recommend bringing layers as temperature varies in the sun, shade and at night. Puffy jackets, rain jackets, hats, etc.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

Definitely! The drive from SLC airport to Solitude is about a 45 minute drive. There are tons of activities located in the canyon, in Park City or in the valley. Lyfts/Ubers are limited in the canyon, we would not recommend relying on them.
