We have room blocks available at The Bradley and Hampton Inn Downtown Fort Wayne. Additional nearby hotel options are also listed on our Travel page.

Your presence is truly the best gift! For those who have asked, we’ve added a registry with a mix of home upgrades and future adventure funds under "Registry".

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Fort Wayne International Airport is the closest airport to our venue and is about 15 minutes away. Guests may also fly into Indianapolis, Chicago, or Detroit and rent a car for the drive.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will run from The Bradley and Hampton Inn to the reception between 4:15 PM and 5:15 PM, so guests can head over whenever they’re ready to celebrate. Planning to drink? We highly recommend taking advantage of the shuttle service, as cars cannot be left overnight at the venue.

How do I book within the room block?

Answer

The Bradley can be booked directly through the link provided. For Hampton Inn, please call the hotel directly and mention the Wagner/Nelson Wedding Room Block when booking.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Think nice "church clothes" or semi-formal attire! No need for anything super fancy or black tie - we just want everyone comfortable, celebrating, dancing, and looking nice for a fun night together. Think dresses, jumpsuits, button downs, sport coats, slacks, boots, loafers, etc.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity, only guests formally listed on your invitation will be included in our celebration. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving about 20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins at 2:00.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to keep phones unplugged and tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. We promise to share plenty of photos afterward!

Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like in November?

Answer

Indiana weather in November can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a coat or layering for the weekend just in case!
