What is the attire?
Answer
We recommend dressy casual attire: Women - sundresses, lightweight separates Men - light dress shirts with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional Wear shoes appropriate for grass and uneven terrain.

What kind of weather should we expect?
Answer
While San Diego is known for amazing weather, Escondido is inland and has more variable weather than near the coast. The average temperature in Escondido on 9/23 over the past five years was a high of 89 and a low of 59, being 82 degrees at 6 pm. Be prepared to be in direct sunlight for up to 2 hours and bring warmer clothes for when the sun goes down around 7 pm. Mosquito repellent is also recommended for this time of year.

Will we be doing flying trapeze at the wedding?
Answer
Guests will not be doing trapeze during the wedding. We will have a private class on Sunday at 2pm for friends and family who want to give it a try. There is a limited number of spots, so please let us know if you want to fly. Spectators are welcome!

What is the parking situation?
Answer
Parking is extremely limited at the venue. We strongly encourage guests to carpool or utilize ride-sharing services whenever possible.

Can I bring a date?

We respectfully request that only invited guests attend the wedding due to budget and space limitations.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be plenty of complimentary beer, wine, and canned cocktails available for you to enjoy. The bar will be self-serve, meaning we won't have a bartender pouring drinks. We kindly remind you to drink responsibly and plan your transportation in advance.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or keto options?
Answer
While we understand that many of our guests have dietary restrictions, we will not be able guarantee a complete meal for each specific preference. The buffet-style dinner will primarily consist of meat options, salad, and side dishes. However, we encourage guests with specific dietary restrictions to inform us in advance, so we can explore potential alternatives or make arrangements to accommodate their needs to the best of our abilities.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we encourage our guests to take pictures. We will have a link to a shared album so we can see everyone’s pictures in one place.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
The venue has limited wheelchair accessibility. The parking lot is dirt and gravel, and the wedding will be held on a lawn without sidewalks throughout most of the space. The bathroom has a step, and we will also have a regular port-a-potty. If you require assistance or have specific accessibility needs please inform us in advance, and we will make an effort to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
