When is the wedding?

Where is it?

Both our ceremony and reception will be held in Downtown Wilmington at the 128 South venue. The ceremony & reception will be held outdoors on a covered deck, and dinner will be held indoors in the venue's dining area. Here is the address: 128 S Front St, Wilmington, NC 28401

What time should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30pm and doors open at 5:00! We kindly ask that you are in your seats no later than 5:25 so we can start on time :)

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking guests to wear cocktail attire — think semi-formal but fun! Dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or polished outfits that feel festive and elegant are all perfect. To help keep the overall look of the day cohesive (and the photos stunning!), we’d love it if you could choose outfits within our color palette: [e.g., dusty blue, sage or ivy green, dusty pink, gold and tan]. This is completely optional, but your thoughtfulness means so much to us!

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but to allow all guests (including parents!) to relax and enjoy themselves, we are planning an adults-only celebration. Exceptions will be made only for immediate family children who are part of the wedding or if we've discussed it with you personally. We hope you can use this evening as a night off and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Due to limited space at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate plus-ones for guests whose invitations specifically include one. Thank you for understanding—we truly wish we could celebrate with everyone!

What is the easiest way to get to the venue?

Answer

We recommend to walk to the venue if your hotel/Airbnb is close by! However, there will be parking near the venue as well. There is free street parking and there are plenty of paid lots in the area as well. Please use this interactive map to see parking options and pricing: wilmingtonnc.gov/Services/Parking

Where is the best place to park?

Answer

If you are not able to find a parking spot on any of the side streets near the venue, here are some paid parking lots and a parking deck that is recommended by the venue:  115 South Front Street Parking  118 South 2nd Street (Next to Hannah Block Historic USO Building)  115 South Water Street Parking Lot  122 South Water Street Parking Lot  129 South Water Street Parking Lot Large Parking Deck:  115 Market Street There is also metered street parking all around both venues. The meters do not charge after 6:30pm.
