The Arkansas River Trail is a rail trail that runs 17 miles along both sides of the Arkansas River.  You can hop on it right behind The Marriott hotel.

This park has 11 hiking trails totaling over 15 miles all together.  We recommend the Pinnacle Mountain West Summit Trail which will give you stunning views of the Arkansas River.  The terrain is rocky, so bring your hiking shoes!
