When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 1st. We understand that this is far in advance to RSVP for a wedding, however guest lodging for the venue has to be booked by 90 days before the wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There are six cabins on the property that will house the majority of our guests. We will reach out to you personally to set up these accommodations and provide details on cabin assignments and next steps. For those who choose not to stay on the property, we recommend looking into Airbnbs in the area - there are several right by the ranch. Additionally, there are hotels in Woodland Park, which is about a 20-minute drive from the ranch.

Can I bring a date?

We are keeping our ceremony small and intimate. We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends, and can only accommodate those named on the invitation

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Fall Formal attire: We suggest men wear a suit in any color and women wear a long or cocktail length dress or a nice pantsuit. It will get chilly in the evenings so layers are always a good idea. Please check out this Pinterest board for inspiration! https://pin.it/56PK9mT06

What should I know about elevation?
Answer
Pikes peak ranch is located at 7,700ft above sea level, this is about 2,000ft higher than Denver. This also means that you are closer to the sun. We would highly recommend bringing sunscreen and drinking a lot of water! Also keep in mind that 1 standard alcoholic drink at elevation = 2 at sea level.

What is there to eat?

We will be providing a welcome dinner on Wednesday, our reception dinner on Thursday and a light breakfast on Friday morning. The cabins are each equipped with a full kitchen so we recommend stopping for some groceries prior. If you are staying in Woodland Park, there is grocery store and several restaurants in town.

What will be served for dinner?
Answer
We will be having an Italian buffet for dinner. Meal options include Penne Alla Vodka, Rigatoni Carbonara and Baked Chicken Thigh. There will also be salad and bread being served. Please reach out to us if you have any allergy concerns and we will try to accommodate you!
