Do I really have to wear all black?

Answer

Yes, please :) If you opt to wear a suit or tux, a white shirt is ok.

We've listed some great hotel options in both DTLA and in Santa Monica. We do not have a room block at any specific hotel so you can stay at any hotel you'd like.

We will not provide any transportation so Uber/Lyft will be needed.

How do I navigate LAX Airport?

Answer

LAX is complicated so here's some tips: When you arrive to LAX you can either take the FlyAway Charter Bus or an Uber/Lyft. Uber/Lyft CAN NOT pick you up from LAX unless it's an Uber Black or Lyft Lux so you have to take a free shuttle to the Uber/Lyft pickup location called the "LAX-It Lot" which is about 10 minutes away from the airport. Once you leave baggage claim you have to walk outside to the outer curb and look for the Ride Share Shuttle Pickup to LAX-It. A shuttle comes every 10-15 minutes.
