We both grew up in Midland our whole lives but never crossed paths. Our parents met each other years ago in the Singles class at Crestview. We have friends who are friends but we never met. We matched on a dating site but Hannah was living in Denton at the time so nothing came from it. A year later when Hannah moved back, Duncan agreed to meet a total stranger for coffee (AKA, Hannah). The coffee meet up lasted 8 hours. Needless to say things went well. Almost three months after that first date, during the movie “Shrek” is when Duncan first said ‘I love you’ and kissed Hannah for the first time. During March at a Fall Out Boy show (which is Hannah’s favorite band, so you should be prepared for a lot of Fall Out Boy to play at the wedding) Duncan proposed in Austin, Texas.
