Shuttle service/parking

It is a requirement to shuttle guests to our venue due to very limited parking. There will be shuttle buses picking up guests from both the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites in Geneva on the wedding day. Even if you are not staying at one of the hotels, you can park at the Holiday Inn and take the shuttle. ***A shuttle will be picking up guests at 3:30, 3:45, and 4:00 pm at both hotels. Please plan accordingly and call for early check in if you are unable to be ready before checking into the hotel!!!*** The shuttles will bring guests back to the hotel and/or to the after party at the end of the night. Please reach out to Dillon or Hannah if you wish to be able to park at the venue directly or if you have any questions! THANK YOU!

Please use the above link to book your hotel room utilizing our room block for the wedding night! We have a block reserved Sept 3-5th, if you wish to stay the night before as well. You are welcome to call the hotel at (315) 787-0530 and reference "Dixon- Flaherty Wedding" to book or use the link listed. If you are unable to book at the discounted rate, please reach out to Dillon or Hannah and we can contact the hotel to open up more rooms. Deadline for booking is August 4th, 2026. There are many airbnbs in the Geneva area, if you wish to explore these options! Make sure to schedule an uber ahead of time (they are limited in the area) or utilize the shuttle service to and from the hotels in Geneva, even if you do not wish to stay at that hotel.
