Our story began when Hannah moved to Stafford Springs. David was 15 and Hannah was 16. They occasionally noticed each other at meetings, but both being young and shy the story truly didn’t develop until June 2021 when David decided to seek her out. By this time Hannah had moved to Southbury, David to East Hartford, and a pandemic was raging. So, armed with his IPad and a whim, David Googled “Hannah Demmerle”, that girl he knew from way back when. This is where the story takes a humorous turn. It turns out the only way to reach Hannah was LinkedIn, since she had no social media and was not known for being a social butterfly. This did not deter David. He built himself a professional LinkedIn page, and the “stalking” began. Little did he know, when you click on a profile, the recipient can tell who looks. Right away Hannah found his page, and knowing he’d see her take a peek, she clicked on his photo (she was tickled pink he remembered her). A few DMs later, emails began. This led to dates, hikes, and a beautiful proposal. The rest of our story takes us to today, our wedding day. Thank you for being a part of our next chapter.
