It all started in grade 8, where we became instant best friends. Halfway through the school year, our friendship grew into something more, and we officially started dating. Some of our earliest memories together include cheering on the Whitecaps, enjoying movie nights, and sharing countless dinners. In 2017, we graduated high school side by side, ready to take on the world. Hannah went straight into the workforce while David pursued his university degree. Though our paths took different directions, our love remained constant. One of our biggest adventures together was traveling throughout Europe, exploring incredible destinations like Denmark, Greece, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands. Those experiences taught us so much about each other—our habits, our quirks, and what life would be like living together. It was during that trip that we realized how excited we were for our future. After David graduated, we took the next big step—moving in together. From our first year in Chilliwack to another year in Abbotsford, and now, finally finding our home in Burnaby, every step of the way has been an incredible journey of growth and love. In 2023, amidst the breathtaking beauty of Hawaii—orange sunrises, red sand, and crystal-clear blue oceans—David popped the question, and we got engaged! It was a moment straight out of a dream, and we couldn’t be happier. Through it all, our two beloved puppies, Benny and Paisley, have been our constant companions, bringing joy and unconditional love into our lives. They’ve not only strengthened our relationship but have also helped us grow as individuals (and paw-rents!). Now, we’re beyond excited to take the next step in our journey and celebrate our love with all our friends and family. We can’t wait to share this special day with you!
