What time is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

1:30pm is the Ceremony 5pm-10pm is the Reception Venues and addresses can be found on your save the date, invitation, or the Schedule page on the website!

Is there a shuttle or transportation to the venues?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the venues. However, Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area for rides. We suggest downloading the app on your phone ahead of time if using this option so your're all set to go!

Is there free parking at the venues?

Answer

Yes, parking is free and lots of space in the lots! No street parking, yay!

Are there hotel room blocks?

Answer

We are in the process of attaining hotel room blocks at Tru by Hilton Syracuse-Camillus, but space will be limited. Please look at our Travel page on the website for lodging options so you can book ASAP!

What should guests do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Township 5 is close by our venue and has a bunch of bars and restaurants to explore! Check them out on our Things To Do page on the website!

What is the Dress Code?

Formal attire, black tie optional.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unless your invitation specifies a plus-one, please come as you are.

Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

We ask that you please keep your phones put away during the ceremony. We paid for a professional photographer to capture our big day, and would hate for you to be in the background of our photos holding a phone!

Are children invited?

Answer

Although the couple loves children, this will be a child free event. Please make arrangements for your little ones while you celebrate the happy couple!

What if it rains?

No worries, ceremony and reception are indoors!

Food and Drinks

We will have a dinner buffet for guests with vegetarian and gluten free options. There will be a bar offering cocktails and mocktails as well.

How do we RSVP?

Answer

Following your save the date, you will receive a formal invitation. There will be an RSVP card to send back to the couple so they know if you will be attending their happily ever after!

Where are you registered?

Answer

The couple does not have a gift registry. If you would like to contribute to their future together, cash or check is much appreciated!

Will there be any additional events guests can attend to celebrate the happy couple?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception are all that is on the itinerary for wedding guests! Otherwise, the weekend is your own. Please check out the Things To Do page on our website to explore all Syracuse and surrounding areas have to offer!
