What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There will be two shuttles boarding at the Marriott in Lancaster City, at 2:00pm. One bus will go right to the venue, the other will make an additional stop at the DoubleTree to pick up guests. Please be ready to board buses at 2:00pm. One bus will leave at 2:10pm to go to the Double Tree. The other will leave at 2:15 and will most likely arrive at the venue at 2:30-2:40pm. If you are driving please plan to get to the venue no later than 2:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We will have buses boarding from the Marriott in Lancaster City at 2:00pm and will plan to leave around 2:10pm. One bus will go right to the venue, the other will stop at the DoubleTree to pick up guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend either staying at the Marriott in Lancaster City or the DoubleTree Resort in Willow Street. We will not have rooms blocked off for either hotel, but we will be staying at the Marriott in Lancaster City the night of our wedding!

Feel free to join us for a drink and games at Decades game bar in Lancaster city, the night before our wedding, anytime after 8pm
