What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There will be two shuttles boarding at the Marriott in Lancaster City, at 1:45pm. Buses will leave promptly at 1:55pm to go to the venue. Another shuttle will board at the DoubleTree at 2:25pm and leave no later than 2:35. If you are driving, please plan to get to the venue no later than 2:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have two buses boarding from the Marriott in Lancaster City at 1:45pm and will plan to leave around 1:55pm. Both will go to the venue. One bus will arrive at the DoubleTree at 2:25 and will leave no later than 2:35.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend either staying at the Marriott in Lancaster City or the DoubleTree Resort in Willow Street. We will not have rooms blocked off for either hotel, but we will be staying at the Marriott in Lancaster City the night of our wedding!

Are there any other events that I should know about?

Answer

Please come join us for a drink and games at Decades game bar in Lancaster city, the night before our wedding, anytime after 8pm. Decades: 438 N Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603 There is a parking garage next to Decades. Parking is $5.

Are there any after party events the day of the wedding?

Answer

We plan on taking the buses back to the city to go out after our wedding, we hope you join us! :)
