Dakota and Hannah were introduced through a mutual friend in July of 2022, and from their very first meeting, a deep and effortless friendship took root, one that has remained the foundation of their relationship ever since. United not only by laughter and adventure, but by a shared love for Jesus Christ, they were intentional from the beginning about placing Him at the center of their relationship. What began with joyful double dates and a memorable climb to the summit of Rabbit Ears soon blossomed into something more, as their hearts grew undeniably smitten. A few weeks later, beneath the music and magic of Cheyenne Frontier Days, Dakota asked Hannah to be his girlfriend as Ian Munsick sang “Long Haul.” Hannah joyfully said yes on July 24, 2022, and the song has since become a cherished reminder of God’s faithfulness in their story. Exactly four years later, grounded in faith and surrounded by love, they will stand before God and their loved ones to say “I do,” committing to a lifelong journey with Christ at the center of their marriage.
