Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Attire is upscale backyard BBQ. Wedding will be outside, in the grass and on our farm. Cole and the groomsmen will be in jeans, pearl snaps, vests and cowboy hats. Ladies will be in dresses.

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

Wedding ceremony and rehearsal are outside. Tents will be onsite for any weather.

What food options will be available?

Answer

Cocktail hour there will be meat and cheese platters. Dinner will be BBQ--variety of meat options and sides.

What about weather?

Answer

Rain or shine (hoping for shine) the wedding will go on.

What if I am unable to hike up the hill for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be up on the hill side. If you are unable to walk up the hill, we will have accommodations. Please capture this in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

Parking will be on the side roads or at the neighbors. There will be signs to direct you. We do not have uber/lift options, so please plan accordingly.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Parking and walking will take a bit of time, please plan to arrive at 4pm to give yourself enough time.

What time should I arrive if I am getting a ride up the hill?

Answer

Please be here at 4pm if you require assistance getting up the hill. Transit will be tractor with a wagon.

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, but your child is your responsibility. We are happy to have them celebrate with us, but there will not be special accommodations for young children. Please plan accordingly.
