Available Thursday and Friday evening (and Saturday if guests wish to stay the weekend) You may call the morning of the wedding to inquire about early check-in.
Shuttle
April 24, 2026 3:15 pm - 4:00 pm
A 12-passenger shuttle will be provided to help transport guests from the Holiday Inn & Suites. This will be first come, first serve at departure times (passengers must be hotel guests). A shuttle for those in family photos will leave at 2:30pm. First guest shuttle will leave at 3:15pm, second shuttle will leave at 4:00pm.

A 12-passenger shuttle will be provided to help transport hotel guests from the venue back to the hotel. Shuttles will depart the venue at 8:00pm, 9:00pm, and 10:00pm. Overnight, secured parking is offered if you opt to catch a shuttle!
