Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be held privately at the home of Dwain and Rubiela Lingenfelter. For those who will be joining us at the ceremony and are unsure of the location, please visit the 'Travel' tab on this website for instructions to the farm as well as a link to a Google Maps pin location at the bottom of the page. For those invited to the ceremony, your RSVP will include both ‘Ceremony’ and ‘Speeches and Reception’. The reception and all other events will take place at the Wickenheiser Centre in Shaunavon.

Will the wedding be outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors at Dwain and Rubiela Lingenfelter's home. The speeches and reception will be indoors at the Wickenheiser Centre.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please visit the 'RSVP' tab on this website and type in your name. The events of the day that you are invited to will appear with a time adjacent. Those invited to multiple parts of the day will need to RSVP to each event.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
The RSVP deadline will be observed as May 20th, 2025. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation! After this date, any RSVPs that have not been responded to will be marked as "NOT ATTENDING".

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited space and wishing to share our day with those closest to us and our families, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one it will appear as '(Your Name) & Guest' on your invite and under the RSVP tab. If you feel we may have accidentally missed your significant other, please reach out to Hannah prior to the RSVP deadline and we will do our best to try and accommodate the request.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our loved ones dressed up to celebrate our big day with us! Semi-formal attire is recommended.

Are children invited?
Answer
We love all of your little ones, however due to limited space only children who are named on the invite have been invited and have been included in the guest count. If your children are not named on your invite we hope you can still join us in celebrating and your understanding of this decision means the world to us!

Will there be food served?
Answer
There will be a 'Midnight Lunch' served to all guests present at the reception. ***Guests with severe food allergies are encouraged to reach out to Hannah and we will accommodate accordingly*** There will be a private supper served to the bridal party and close family and friends. Visit the Town of Shaunavon Tourism Guide titled "Where to Eat" for a curated list of all Shaunavons local restaurants on the Town website here: https://www.shaunavon.com/page/tourism-guides/ Reservations recommended!

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift! If you feel inclined, any contribution towards our honeymoon will be greatly appreciated or we are also registered at local stores and online. Please visit the 'Registry' tab on this website if you wish to see more information.
