Keeneland Racecourse
Visiting Keeneland each year is a Kentucky tradition that Brandon and I both love. Horse races are only held during October and April, which become the two favorite months of the year when you're living in Kentucky! Tickets are $5, cash only but you can bet using cash or a card. It is one of our most favorite places to go and we hope you get a chance to check it out!
Kentucky Horse Park
If you've never been to Kentucky before, the horse park is a must! It is home to a working horse farm as well as several museums, there's something for everybody to enjoy!
Raising Cane's
For those of you who are not from the South, Raising Cane's is an amazing chain restaurant that serves chicken tenders, Texas toast, fries, and the best lemonade in the world! We had our first date at Cane's, and ended up staying for three hours. If you've never had Cane's this should be your first stop when you come to Lexington! There are several different locations that you're bound to run in to, and when you do we strongly recommend the '3 finger combo' with lemonade!
