Question

What is being done to keep me and my family safe at this wedding?

Answer

1. All seating and tables both inside and outside will be 6 ft apart according to the local guidelines. 2. Table numbers will be smaller in size than normal. You will be sitting with between 4-8 people and most likely people in your age range or who you have interacted with beforehand (aka family or friends). 3. All staff members and vendors will be wearing masks 4. The venue will be frequently sanitizing high touch areas 5. Staff will be serving the food through the lines so there is not a lot of hands- don’t feel comfortable, just ask a staff member!

Are masks required?

Answer

Masks are required when going up to the buffet line to get food. Masks are welcomed, but not required other that that. We welcome whatever makes you feel safe!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 10am-10:15am to get seats and enjoy a cup of coffee before hand! You will also go through a brief temperature check. Please do not get there before hand as the venue will be working hard to set up the day so we can all be safe! However you are welcome to find it ahead of time & come to the parking lot! Thanks for cooperating with us

Will there be any required procedures to enter the venue due to COVID-19?

Answer

Yes. According the VA state guidelines, the venue will be doing a symptom and temperature check upon arrival. If your temperature is high, you will be asked to sit down for a few minutes and be handed a bottle of water before being checked again. We thank you for following these guidelines and bearing with us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No! Transportation is up to you and your fellow family members or friends. Parking is available on site! We encourage carpooling if possible.
