We first met in high school, but it wasn’t until college that we actually started dating — and funny enough, we didn’t even go to the same school! During freshman year, he asked me to be his date to his fraternity’s semi-formal… in Canada. The rest is history. Fun fact: we were both part of the same MYFA team, The Bulldogs, back in elementary school — he played football, and I was a cheerleader. We didn’t know each other then, but our parents have been friends ever since those days!
