Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We are not extending invitations to children for the wedding ceremony or reception, but children are welcome at the resort for the weekend. We kindly ask that parents arrange childcare for the day of the wedding. If you choose to bring children, please remember to book with Terri Nash the family side of the resort.

Answer

Yes, the wedding is on Sunday, and the resort was fully booked for all Saturdays during wedding season.

After I make a booking request, what is the next step?

Answer

Once you make your room request on the couple's wedding website, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. That will be followed by an invoice only after the resort confirms your particular room has been included in the block (this may take up to 1 week after you send in your request). The invoice will be interactive and have a couple of links for different ways to pay the remaining balance. One option will allow you to arrange interest-free payments on any date you choose up to the reservation's due date. The other will be a link to qualify to finance the remaining balance with AFFIRM.

Are guest allowed to stay at other hotels and airbnbs?

Answer

Yes, guests are welcome to stay at other venues; however, we highly encourage everyone to stay at the resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

What are the payment deadlines?

Answer

Opted for No Insurance: July 21st, 2026: Due date for the full amount for all guests without insurance. Opted for Insurance: July 21st, 2026: Due date for 50% of the total amount due from guests with insurance. August 20th, 2026: Due date for the remaining balance for all guests with insurance.

Can I book less than 3 nights?

Answer

No it is not possible. The resort requires a 3-night minimum length of stay for all rooms.

Can I modify my room reservations?

Answer

Yes, you can make changes up to the final due date on your room packages. Please be advised, all requests to make changes to your existing reservation must be in writing, via email. No changes will be made without documentation. After the final due date, modifications may require a fee charged by the resort. Your request is not guaranteed to be confirmed. You will receive a notification if your request is confirmed or not once the resort responds (usually within 3 - 5 business days). tnash@destinationweddings.com

Anything else I should know about confirming my room at the resort to attend the wedding?

Very Important: Please do not book on the resort's public website. THE WEDDING WEBSITE built for our couple has a booking engine designed for their group agreement. It offers the rooms at group rates w/transfers. It is necessary to book at the couple's wedding website to receive the discounted rate, inclusions and service which is offered only to their guests booking at their wedding website.

How do the transfer and resort vouchers work?

Answer

When we send out resort documents usually within a few weeks to departure, we will include airport arrival instructions. It is good to know that the transfer letter will have directions to guide you through the airport directly to the custom meet and greet arranged for your transfer to the resort.

For the transfer, do I need to inform you of my flight details?

Answer

Actually, to secure your service, our transfer company will email you closer to the departure date to request the necessary information. You do not need to send your flight information until the transfer company sends you a flight form.

Can the person staying in my room make their own payments?

Answer

Yes, no problem. Just put that information in the comment section of the initial room request and provide their email address (or email me the information) and we will send the guest (sharing with you) a credit card authorization form for their portion.

What should I do if I'm unsure whether I will be traveling alone or with someone else?

Answer

If you are not sure if you will be single or double occupancy, or who will be traveling with you at first, it is best to book yourself as single occupancy and I can add the name of another person any time up to about 1 month prior Your invoice will be adjusted at that time.
