Ray's River Rentals
This tube rental spot rents tubes you can use to ride down the river that goes right past the River Bend venue. It's a fun, next-day activity. Be sure to get a helmet!
Rocky Mountain National Park
Rocky Mountain National Park is a can't-miss for visitors looking for extraordinary views and hikes for all skill levels. Please note that the Park will be continuing a timed-entry reservation system to control overcrowding. That means you need to have both (1) a National Parks Pass (you can purchase a day pass), and (2) a timed-entry permit for the correct two-hour window during which you will enter the park for each vehicle. The timed-entry permits will be available starting June 1 here: https://www.recreation.gov/timed-entry/10086910. If you miss out on the initial batch, 40% of all permits become available at 5:00 p.m. the day before the entry (and sell out super quickly). If you miss even this window, you can still visit the park outside of the peak timed-entry hours (for most of the park, before 9:00 a.m. or after 2:00 p.m.). Please remember to dress in layers, wear sunscreen, and bring water when enjoying the outdoors in Colorado.
Meow Wolf Denver | Convergence Station
Meow Wolf is a unique, immersive, and interactive art exhibit in downtown Denver. Please note that tickets do sell out, so we recommend booking in advance. If you'd like to change the time of your ticket the same day, and there are still slots available, you can update your ticket time.
Colorado Rockies Fireworks Games
Every year around the Fourth of July, the Colorado Rockies host games with a fireworks show at the end. There are two games this year: June 30 and July 1, both against the Detroit Tigers.
