When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by June 30th. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by June 30th- we will send you a reminder message, as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm ET. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. No jeans, please! Beware our ceremony will be outside but the reception will take place indoors with plenty of air conditioning.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate!

Where do I park?

Answer

The Raymond Family Farm has parking on-site for you to self-park. Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. If you are planning on drinking, please use a ride-share service and transportation from the designated hotel to the venue.

Will transportation from the hotel be open to everyone?

Answer

Transportation provided at the designated hotel is for the guests ONLY who are staying at the hotel.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr./Miss XYZ and Guest." If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 21 on our wedding day, with the exception of our siblings. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

Is seating random?

Answer

Nope! For the ceremony, sit wherever you please. However, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner). We know weddings are mixing post of guests who may not know one another, and we want to ease any anxieties for guests who may be a bit more introverted!
