The Read House Hotel, Downtown

Rooms are available at a special group rate for our guests. The booking deadline is July 21st. Rates are as follows: $189.00 per night in the Manor for a Traditional King or Queen/Queen Room, $209.00 for a Deluxe Queen/Queen Room in the Manor, and $229.00 in the Tower for a Premiere King or Queen/Queen Room (local and state taxes not included). Valet parking is available for $28.00 per car, per day plus 9.25% tax, with in/out access. A public parking deck is also available around the corner for daily parking. The hotel features an on-site restaurant, bar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. It is 18 miles from the wedding venue, and shuttle transportation will be provided from this location. Guests can book using the provided link, or by calling the hotel directly and referencing the Willis/Abdallah wedding room block to receive the group rate.

Chattanooga Marriott Downtown

We’ve secured a group rate for guests at the Marriott Chattanooga Downtown from August 22 to August 24, 2025. The rate is $174.00 per night (plus tax) for either a Traditional King or Double/Double Room. The booking deadline is July 25th. Valet parking is available at $28 per night, and self-parking ranges from $20 to $25 per night. The hotel features complimentary Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. It is 18 miles from the wedding venue, and the shuttle pickup location is a 5-minute walk away at The Read House.

Holiday Inn & Suites Chattanooga Downtown by IHG

We have a group rate reserved at the Holiday Inn and Suites for $154 per night (plus tax) for either a 1 King Bed with Sofa or 2 Queen Beds. Please make sure to select the dates August 22nd through August 24th when booking through the provided link to receive the group rate. The booking link will remain active until July 22, 2025. Valet parking is available for $23 per day. For breakfast, Rodizio Grill offers a buffet-style option at $15 per person. The hotel is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the shuttle pickup location at The Read House.

Shuttle from The Read House to Oakleaf Cottage

August 23, 2025 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm

The shuttle will make one trip to Oakleaf Cottage before the wedding begins. It will depart from The Read House at 4:00 PM and is expected to arrive at the venue by 4:30 PM. Seating is first come, first served, and the shuttle can accommodate up to 48 guests. Once you arrive at Oakleaf Cottage, a second shuttle service will transport guests from the parking area up to the venue itself, with space for 8 guests at a time. Please allow extra time for this final transfer and plan to arrive at The Read House a few minutes early to board.

Departure from Oakleaf Cottage to The Read House

May 10, 2025 9:45 pm - 11:30 pm

The shuttle will make two trips from Oakleaf Cottage back to The Read House. The first shuttle will leave Oakleaf Cottage at 9:50 PM and arrive at The Read House by 10:20 PM. The second shuttle will depart Oakleaf Cottage at 11:10 PM, arriving at The Read House around 11:40 PM. Please plan your departure accordingly and allow time to board the shuttle.

Rideshare

If you prefer not to take the shuttle, Uber/Lyft is available. There should not be any difficulty getting from the hotels in Chattanooga to the Oakleaf Cottage. However, we would advise if you are planning to use Uber or Lyft to get back from Oakleaf Cottage to your hotel in Chattanooga, to schedule your return trip in advance.
