When do I need to book my stay with Hotel El Ganzo by?

What dates should I book my stay for at Hotel El Ganzo?

Answer

You must book for the dates of Thursday March 12- Sunday March 15. You also have the option to book additional nights if you would like to extend your stay for our same group rate, but you must do so by contacting the hotel directly. For booking assistance, email our booking specialist at karina@elganzo.com or call +52 624 104 9000 ext. 1511.

Is Hotel El Ganzo an All-Inclusive?

Answer

No, Hotel El Ganzo is not an all-inclusive hotel. We want our guests to have a true Baja Mexico experience that the all-inclusive resorts simply cannot provide. We urge you to embrace the local culture that we fell in love with and visit downtown San Jose Del Cabo if you get the chance. Check out our "things to do" page for ideas!

Do I Need to Stay at Hotel El Ganzo?

Answer

We strongly encourage our guests to stay at Hotel El Ganzo, so we can party together all weekend! This is where our welcome party and day-after beach party will take place. Shuttles to the reception and ceremony will also leave from Hotel El Ganzo. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, there are plenty of options available in Cabo. However, please note that you will not be able to access Hotel el Ganzo’s amenities outside of our scheduled events unless you are a guest. If you stay elsewhere please ensure you are close to San Jose Del Cabo and Hotel El Ganzo, as you will need to arrange your own transportation to Hotel El Ganzo for the welcome party, to catch the transportation to the ceremony, and the beach party.

How should I get to and from Los Cabos International Airport to El Ganzo/ San Jose Del Cabo?

Answer

Hotel El Ganzo & San Jose Del Cabo are about a 25-30 min drive from Los Cabos International Airport. There are many options for getting to and from the airport, including car services and Uber/Lyft.

Which wedding events will be outdoors?

Answer

All of our wedding events will take place outdoors (welcome party, ceremony, reception, and beach party). Please dress accordingly for the weather. The average high in Cabo in March is a beautiful 81 degrees, with lows down to 55. Please check the weather and bring something to cover up with if it is predicted to get cooler at night during our events.

Are my children invited?

Answer

We love your kids! However, only a small number of family children are invited to the ceremony and reception. If your children are invited, they will be listed on your invitation and/or on our website when you go to RSVP. Please see the following FAQ on which events children are welcome at.

My Children are Invited, Which Events Can They Attend?

Answer

Please note that even if your children are invited, they are invited ONLY to the ceremony and reception. Hotel El Ganzo (where our hotel block is, welcome party, and day after beach party is hosted) is adults only 18+. If you choose to bring your children, you will need to find alternative accommodations in San Jose Del Cabo, as children are not allowed to stay at Hotel El Ganzo or attend our extra events.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding intimate, only formally invited guests will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invite and when you go to RSVP.

When Do I Need to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP as soon as soon as you can so that we can finalize our guest count. However, the deadline to RSVP is Jan 1st 2026.

What If I Can't Make It? Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We will miss you! Yes, please RSVP "no" by Jan 1st, 2026 so that we can have an accurate guest count. If you have already RSVP'd "yes" but can no longer make it please let one of the brides know ASAP. Thank you!
