Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Black-Tie Optional! We would love for women to be in floor length dresses (color is fine!), and men to be in dark suits or a tux if you have one!

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

We will have a shuttle that is able to take our extended family members from the Fontaine to the church with a first trip leaving at 4:20pm and a second trip leaving at 4:40pm (it’s only about a 5-10 minute drive!) Our extended family members can also take this shuttle from the church to the reception at the Nelson, around 5:45pm. There will be more room for any of our guests to snag a ride home from the Nelson to the Fontaine, with the shuttle running continuously from 10pm until midnight!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! If you plan to drive to the ceremony, there is some parking in the lot just south of the church, with additional spots by the chapel across the street on the north side. You could also park on the neighborhood streets around - just not to park on busy Ward Parkway! If you plan to drive to the reception, there is a parking garage underneath the Nelson. You would enter from the east side off of Oak Street. Parking there will be validated/free!

Plus ones are reserved only for those guests whose invitations specifically include them.

Nope! We are only having our adorable nieces (flower girls) and nephews (ring bearers) attend.
