Where Is The Wedding?

Answer

Both the Wedding and Pool Party will be at: Villa Kalyana 113/5 Laem Sor Beach Koh Samui 84140 Thailand The villa is located on Samui's South Beach. It's a bit of a hidden gem so we'll update this closer to the time with directions & a contact number in case you get stuck!

When Do I Need To RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website and let us know if you're planning to pack your bags & join us, or whether you'll be toasting from afar, by 01 November 2022!

Are Children Invited?

Answer

YES We really don't expect anyone to travel (literally) half way around the world without their little darlings. That being said, quite a few of you are ... For those that would love their mini me's to join, please ensure you RSVP on their behalf! There will be a Nanny service available on both the Wedding and Pool Party days, and we'll reach out to you closer to the time to confirm!

WHAT COVID RESTRICTIONS / REQUIREMENTS ARE THERE?

As of 01 July 2022, Thailand has dropped all Covid-19 testing and entry requirements! Wahooo!

What Will The Weather Be Like?

Answer

HOT & HUMID Koh Samui has a typically tropical climate in April - Average temperatures range from 27°C - 33°C & the water is roughly 29°C, with approx. 8 hours of sunshine each day! It's perfect weather for beachside bathing with beers but there's also plenty of palm trees offering shade and most places have AC! Notwithstanding this, as in any tropical destination, unexpected torrential downpours can (and do) happen, so please be prepared!

What's The Dress Code?

The Last Supper: Easy, Breezy & Beautiful JUST DO YOU, BOO Summer dresses & shorts vibes ... Or whatever you feel comfortable in for a beachside supper! The Wedding: Beach Chic FORGET THE TIES, BUT ALSO THE TSHIRTS Think pastels, linen & flowy maxi dress'! Don't forget your shades & suncream! The BBQ & Pool Party: Full Moon Party BASICALLY ... NEON Don't fret if glowing razzle-dazzle swimwear isn't part of your current wardrobe - It's super easy to grab Full Moon style tank tops & swim shorts from every other market stall in Samui!

What Time Should We Arrive For The Ceremony?

We'll arrange transportation from your hotel or villa at 15:00 on the wedding day (Thursday 06 April). Refreshing welcome drinks will await your arrival at Villa Kalyana!

Will There Be Any Transportation To/From Hotels On The Wedding Day?

Answer

YES Once you've made your travel and accommodation arrangements, please share these with us! We will arrange for transportation to collect you from your hotel or villa at 15:00 on the wedding day. We will also arrange return carriages at the end of the evening; 01:00.

Is There Any Parking?

Answer

YES There is parking at Villa Kalyana, but this is somewhat limited. If you're planning to drive/bike and require parking, please do reach out and check there's a space available.
