Do I need to dress warm for winter in the south?

Answer

We would advise you bring a jacket as it could either be 20 or 60 on any given day in December. If the weather is nice, we will hold the ceremony outside, even if it's a bit nippy. If the weather is freezing or terrible, we will hold the entire wedding indoors.

Will I need to rent a car if I fly?

Answer

Yes. The nearest airport is 45 min away from the suggested hotels and ceremony location. Unfortunately, given the area, we have no taxis and it's very doubtful that you can call an Uber.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Your love, laughter, and company on our wedding day is the greatest gift of all! However, should you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution to our saving pot would really make our day. We know this is a little non-traditional and we appreciate your understanding! We're in the process of moving to NYC, Manhatten, and we're unsure of how we're going to get our life up there. We have an apartment waiting for us but no way of getting things into it and thus, we must leave most of our belongings in Virginia for the time being.
