Myles and I actually met back in 2012 when moving my brother, Sawyer into college at North Georgia. He and my brother ended up being suite mates and became fast friends so whenever Sawyer would come home from college Myles usually came with him! We slowly got to know each other but it was until 2017 when he joined us at Disney in November that we realized there might be something between us. We got to know each other on a more personal level and he officially asked me to be his girlfriend in May of 2018!

Being a Disney fanatic, I am always looking for another opportunity to take a trip. Myles and I decided to plan a trip for February break. We had anticipated the trip for the longest time! We arrived on Valentine's day and were so excited to get to the parks. On Saturday we decided to start out at Magic Kingdom. When we got there Myles had mentioned us getting in line to ride the Little Mermaid ride and get a picture with Ariel because she was my favorite princess. As we waited for our riding return time for the Little Mermaid we went next door to get a picture. I noticed the wait time was kinda long so I told Myles that we didn't have to wait that long but he insisted. After about 40 mins it was finally our turn! We went up to talk to Ariel and after we finished our conversation and pictures I started to turn around and leave. As I was going away, the said my name and I turned back around and Myles was on one knee with a ring and asked me to marry him! My favorite place, favorite princess, and favorite guy!! It was the easiest yes ever!!
