The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
Its $15-20 for adults, Im not sure about kids, but its really beautiful to walk around and see!
White Rock Lake
Its 8 miles around and has great running and biking trails.
Perot Museum of Nature and Science
This museum is amazing! They have tons of interactive areas for kids but is also an incredible experience for anyone.
Fort Worth Stockyards Station
It you're really trying to experience Texas, you need to come here. If you time it right you can see the longhorns get walked through the streets. Theres also lots of restaurants around there and and old forth worth area. Fort Worth also has lots of great restaurants if you want to get outside of Dallas.
Deep Ellum
Deep Ellum has lots of fun spots to hang in the day or at night, lots of restaurants, rooftop bars and ice cream shops. Its also a great area to go if you love murals :)
City Church International
If you're looking for a place to go to church this has become our church community. We love the people there and we're really grateful for it. Its real close to Greenville Ave which has lots of great brunch or dinner spots.
