Our Story
We met in the rooms of A.A. in 2023, and when Nick saw me on Hinge shortly after, he knew he had to shoot his shot.
At the end of our first date, we both had to run off to chair separate meetings, so when Nick got up to leave without saying anything, I found myself awkwardly calling out "see you around I guess?" as I walked to my car. Thankfully, he asked me out again anyway, and it was that second date to Kitty Dare that sealed our fate.
Over the next few years, we fell deeper in love with each passing day, bonding over our cats and dog, travel, the gym, commiserating through our journeys through Georgia Tech's MBA program, video games and recovery. Our relationship just kept on blooming.
Nick popped the question on October 26, 2025 at Canoe, right on the river. It was the most magical day of my life, and I know it will only be topped by our wedding. We can't wait for you to be part of our celebration of love.
