Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hoyt Sherman Place (1501 Woodland Ave, Des Moines, IA 50314)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to find your seat and settle in.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on the east side of the venue. There should be enough space for all guests, but if the lot fills up, additional free parking is available on the street.

Can we bring our children to the wedding?

Answer

With love, we are limiting our guest list to adults and children of families coming from out of state. Please check invite for "and family". Thanks for understanding!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Please check your invitation for the specific details. If it includes a "+1," then you are welcome to bring a guest. Due to catering numbers and limited space all unlisted guests will be kindly asked to leave.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired a professional for that! We encourage pictures and videos during the reception.
