FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 20th. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, unfortunately we cannot make exceptions and we will just have to mark you as "ceremony only". We will need to provide a venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand :) If something comes up, and you are not able to make it, please let Hannah know at 651-210-8719

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 25-30 minutes before to ensure no one is arriving last minute

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Ladies, midi or floor length dresses. Gentleman, dress shirt & tie, sports coat or suit.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are! Head over to the registry page!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes there is! For the Cathedral, it has a rather large parking lot on Selby and street parking, as well as Dayton on the other side. For the reception at the Dakota Lodge, there is a large parking lot as well

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony, since the Cathedral is a sacred space and we already have a photographer. You are welcome to take pictures at the reception though!
