Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the 'RSVP' tab in the menu and type your first and last name as it appears on your envelope. We ask that you RSVP by February 28th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. If you are unable to RSVP before this deadline, we will unfortunately assume you are unable to attend.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate our marriage with those closest to us. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is garden party cocktail attire. Women, please wear either a cocktail length dress or dressy separates. Men, please wear dress pants and a button down shirt. Tie optional. Weather-permitting, a suit jacket or blazer. No jeans please! We invite you to think "garden party" and ask that you get a little creative and colorful with your cocktail wedding guest attire. Think floral prints and pastel colors!

Question

Will the wedding be located indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in an open air veranda. This space is covered but heating/air conditioning is not available. Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be held in the outdoor courtyard. Large umbrellas will be available to provide shade. The reception will be located indoors in the heated/air conditioned banquet room.

Question

What hotel accommodations are nearby?

Answer

While we do not have a hotel block, we would like to recommend guests stay at the Hilton in Polaris. This hotel is a 35 minute drive from the wedding venue. Guests are responsible to transportation to and from the hotel to the venue.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Magnolia Hill Farm has plenty of parking for all of our guests. However, vehicles are not allowed to remain at the venue overnight.

Question

Will transportation be provided to or from the wedding?

Answer

All wedding day events will take place on-site at Magnolia Hill Farm. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue, as well as lodging accommodations. However, please be aware that rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft will likely be unavailable to this rural venue. Vehicles are unable to be left at the venue overnight.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Arriving at 4:15pm will allow time to mingle and find your seat.

Question

Can I take photos or video during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment with us. We have an amazing photographer to capture the day. We think you will love her as much as we do! Once the ceremony is completed, feel free to capture the day as you wish!

Question

Answer

Your presence is present enough! Should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
