We met on Bumble in January 2017 -- Stephen caught my attention with his photos and witty bio, so happy we both swiped yes. I think we chatted for about a week until we first met.

We met for coffee at the Naked Lounge coffee shop in Chico, CA. This was followed by a lovely afternoon biking around Chico getting to know each other and then grabbing food and drinks at the Bear. The best first date!

I knew something special was happening because Stephen took a day off of work and planned a special hike to Tamanawas Falls in Mount Hood. Once we got to the base of the waterfall, Stephen said let's take a photo and went to set up the self timer on the camera. He hurried back to me and then got down on one knee and said "I love traveling the world with you, and I want to travel the world with you forever. Will you marry me?". The best question he has ever asked me, with the easiest answer. See you all in the pacific northwest!
