Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Please join us for dinner and drinks, graciously provided by Margie Spalding, to kick off our weekend celebration! Stop by at any time between 6 and 9 once you make it into town and get settled into your hotel room.

Wedding

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Please arrive at Free Range no later than 3:30 for a 3:45 shuttle departure to our ceremony venue. (For guests staying at The Element a shuttle will be staged at 3:05 for a 3:15 departure to Free Range. Please note, there will not be a return shuttle to Free Range after the reception, but public transport is available. The latest return is right out front of Free Range at 10:15 PM.) Our ceremony is going to be hosted at a private ranch with very limited parking, so all guests will need to arrive from Free Range by shuttle. Before the ceremony we will have a brief cocktail reception so that you can all enjoy the property and some live music with the ceremony starting at 4:45. After we say "I do" shuttles will return to Free Range for our reception and we will join you there shortly thereafter!

Farewell Brunch
