FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, no, if not previously discussed with us, due to limited space we cannot make room for extra guests. We have either formally addressed everyone who is invited on the save the dates or spoken to you directly.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30, so we would really appreciate if you could arrive no earlier than 4:00 and no later than 4:25. Anyone arriving after 4:25 will be asked to patiently wait outside of the ceremony area and will be welcomed to join us during the reception.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our celebration adults only. With the exception of our newborn nephew. We hope you can understand and enjoy yourself a night off!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code, so feel free to wear what makes you feel your best! We kindly ask that you steer clear of our wedding colors, which we'll be posting on our Facebook page.

Question

Where do we find the color scheme for the wedding?

Answer

You can find this on our wedding Facebook page!

Question

What kind of food will be served? Will there be accommodations for dietary restriction?

Answer

We will be serving a buffet style of barbeque, with pulled pork and chicken being the main part. With sides such as baked beans, pasta salad, rolls, and mac n cheese. We will not have any accommodations to dietary restrictions unfortunately; everything will be served in separate containers, so we do hope you can find something edible.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We are excited to offer an open bar for our celebration! Our bartender is a personal friend of Hanna's, so we kindly ask that you show appreciation for her time by tipping her. We'll have multiple tipping options available: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal. All Alcohol must be served by our bartender- if you bring any of your own, please give it to her so it can be served properly. Outside alcohol is not allowed and will be confiscated. We ask that everyone be respectful to the venue, us, and to each other. Please drink responsibly- and know that the bartender, and us, have the right to cut off alcohol services to anyone if needed.

Question

When and where should we RSVP?

Answer

Once we send out the actual invites, we ask that you RSVP via mailing the rsvp card back or on the website by January 7, 2026, so that we can make sure we have plenty of time to adjust anything needed.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes there is free parking at the venue. When you arrive at the venue on the right hand side of the building there is gravel and dumpsters, that is where you will be expected to park.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors no matter the weather. Tennessee tends to have unexpected weather. In March we could have rain, snow, or upper 70's so please check the weather the week before and come prepared. We will have a covered area if it is raining, and the reception will be indoors, if weather permits' we will have the doors open.

Question

Where can we find your registry?

Answer

We will not be having a registry due to already having everything we need in our home given we have been living together for two years by this point. We are wanting to do a honeymoon fund and will be providing a card box. Please do not feel obligated to give us anything as we are incredibly thankful to be having everyone come and celebrate with us.

Question

Can I take pictures and videos?

Answer

During our ceremony, we kindly ask that no photos or videos be taken. This will be an unplugged ceremony, as we want to keep it intimate and ensure everyone is fully present in the moment. We will have designated individuals who may remind guests to put their phones away if they are seen during this time. Once the reception begins, feel free to capture as many photos and videos as you'd like- just please be mindful of our photographer while doing so.

Question

Can we post the photos/videos we do take?

Answer

Yes, please do! We would love to see everything captured from the night.
