What date should I RSVP by?

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

Your wedding invitation will indicate if a plus one is included. While we love kids, we would like for parents to be able to take a break for the night and enjoy the festivities! If you need help finding a babysitter, please text Lauren at 720.207.4946

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

Shuttle Pick Up Locations: 3:00pm at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa (parking is available in the hotel parking garage, must be moved by 12am if not staying at the Westin) OR 3:15pm at the Vail Transportation Center on the top level bus area Please note there is NO parking available at the venue. Look for the Vess Limo black Mercedez sprinter vans with Vess on the license plate

Have you reserved a block of rooms at a hotel?

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon. This is one of the locations that shuttles will be departing from and it is a short walk to our Pickleball Welcome Event and to Bob's Place for drinks. What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Absolutely, we would love to see your photos! We do ask that during the ceremony you keep personal phones away so that our amazing photographer can capture the moment for us

What will the weather and climate be like?

Answer

Late September in Colorado can be unpredictable. Be prepared for sunshine, rain or snow :) check the forecast before you come! It can feel like a summer day and then be chilly in the evening.

What is the best airport to use?

Answer

The closest airport is Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) which is a very small airport but the most direct option. Denver International Airport is about a 2 hour drive but it's a beautiful one :)

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree of chicken, beef or vegetarian (please rsvp your selection). If you have any dietary restrictions please include those in your rsvp and we will try our very best to accommodate!
