We're so excited to celebrate our special day with you!

We went to high school together at Pius X in Lincoln, however we didn't talk much until we were seated next to each other in our literature class senior year. We quickly became friends and were hanging out often at either Skate Zone or at Holmes Lake. He finally asked me to be his girlfriend in May and I of course said, yes!

We were hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, CO with Joseph's mom, Kathy, and his oldest sister, Elizabeth. On the second day of the trip we were going on his favorite hike up to see Lake Haiyaha and I kind of had a feeling that something was coming. We were out on a boulder looking over the lake when he knelt down and asked me to be his wife. It was a very special day.
