FAQs

If you have any questions other that what is listed here, please contact Amy Shackelford at 859-537-9712 or one of us.
Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online? .

Answer

You can mail your RSVP or online at the RSVP tab. Please get this accomplished by May 1.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Absolutely!!! There is a nursery provided (no attendant) for you if needed. It is advised that you arrive early and take a tour before the service begins. There will be signs posted for the bathrooms and nursery.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding is simple elegance. That being said, dressing up may make you more comfortable, but our biggest concern is that you come and enjoy the celebration. So ultimately, dress to your comfort level (keeping in mind that this is a religious ceremony).

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes, we encourage our guests to take and post pictures on to our social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #crane2021 so we can keep track of all of your pictures! _____________________________________________ Formal wedding photographs will take place before the wedding. You may take pictures youself of any pose but only AFTER the photographer has taken the image that she needs. She will offer this service between every picture so if you see the one you want, be ready so that we can move as quickly as possible. You must arrive early to take advantage of this service. Poses will not be recreated due to the time crunch. You may also order them straight from the photographer at Emily Faith Photography after the wedding.

Question

Can I bring a Date?

Answer

The reception hall has limited space. Bring as many people as you would like to the ceremony but the reception in invitation only. As of now guests are welcome, but as the space fills, we will have to for go allowing more additions. So, please RSVP early so that we can monitor the potential issue.

Question

Will there be a coctail hour?

Answer

The wedding is alcohol free but there will be other options available for you while waiting on us to take the rest of our pictures.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive a half an hour to an hour before the start of the ceremony (except wedding party who will arrive sooner), to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, but if you will contact us ahead of time, we will assure that arrangements are made.

Question

Is the Sunday brunch paid for?

Answer

The Sunday Brunch will be covered by the bride's family unless otherwise arranged. RSVP only

Question

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Chances are, we will not ever use all of the centerpieces or other decor, if you want to take anything home as a momento, make sure we agree beforehand!

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

It's best to contact Amy Shackelford at 859-537-9712 or text either one of us.
